These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ontime Service Somalia app, website, and all services provided under our platform. By registering or using our platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Use of Platform
Ontime provides mobile-based access to verified home service technicians across Somalia. The platform is intended for personal or authorized business use only. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or illegal booking requests may result in immediate suspension of your account.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Ontime is not liable for any activity that occurs under your account due to your negligence.
3. Booking and Cancellations
Users can book, reschedule, or cancel services within the app. Last-minute cancellations (e.g., within 2 hours of appointment) may result in penalties or loss of booking privileges.
4. Technician Conduct and Safety
All service providers undergo verification, but Ontime is not responsible for direct disputes unless reported within 24 hours of the service. Users should ensure a safe, respectful environment for technicians.
5. Payment
All payments must be made through the app using mobile wallets (e.g., EVC Plus, Zaad). Cash payments are not supported. Pricing is provided upfront, with no hidden charges.
6. Service Modifications
Ontime reserves the right to modify services, features, or pricing at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notification.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ontime is not responsible for losses, damages, or service delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to user negligence, service provider misconduct, or mobile network issues.
