While we’re sad to see you go, we fully respect your decision. This page outlines everything you need to know about permanently deleting your account.

🔍 Why You Might Consider Deleting Your Account

We understand users may choose to delete their account for various reasons, such as:

  • You no longer require our services

  • You’ve relocated to a different area

  • You prefer not to maintain digital service records

  • You are consolidating accounts or reducing app usage

At Ontime, your privacy and control are always respected.

⚠️ Before You Proceed

Please ensure the following before requesting deletion:

  • Your wallet or payment balance has been fully used or withdrawn

  • There are no active service requests or scheduled technician visits

  • No unresolved support tickets or disputes remain

  • You’ve downloaded any necessary invoices or receipts

  • Any active subscriptions have been cancelled

Note: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All past data, bookings, payment records, and preferences will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

📲 How to Delete Your Account (Using the Ontime App)

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Open the Ontime Service app on your Android device

  2. Log in using your registered phone number or email

  3. Tap the menu icon (☰) and go to Settings

  4. Select Account Settings

  5. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page

  6. Verify your identity via OTP or fingerprint

  7. Confirm your request on the final prompt

Your deletion request will be processed immediately. All associated data will be fully removed from our systems within 24–48 hours.

✅ What Happens After Deletion?

  • Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted

  • Future access to your profile, service history, and wallet will be revoked

  • Any upcoming bookings will be automatically cancelled

  • Receipts, invoices, and logs will no longer be retrievable

  • Your mobile number/email will be unlinked from our system
